Our coaching programmes are designed for Headteachers, Curriculum Deputies, and senior leaders who want inspiration, deeper understanding, and expertise that delivers.

All coaching is tailored to the organisation and coachee’s needs, but content often covers:
- Curriculum Leadership – strategic development conversations; review and scope
- Curriculum and Timetable Planning – population design; sixth form delivery styles; course selection processes; staffing, succession and appointment planning; timetable feasibility and delivery
- Curriculum Efficiency – the implications of ICFP and efficiency modelling; deficit recovery
- School Leadership – quality of teaching, quality of systems, quality of leadership
- SEND Leadership – current best practice, quality of provision, rapid improvement

We commonly deliver Mastery Coaching programmes in packages of either 18, 27 or 36 hours (giving you 3, 4 or 6 hours per term, spread across a year). Or we can put together a bespoke package based on your needs.
