Mike Simmonds
Mike Simmonds is at the cutting edge of school governance. For over 30 years he has served in school governance across three counties. He chairs the governance board of several schools and is the Chair of Directors of a MAT which currently includes five schools. He chairs Interim Executive Boards and has been engaged in developing innovative approaches in a number of contexts.
He is Governance Consultant for the Diocese of Chelmsford and Liverpool Hope University. These roles include delivering training; providing support for schools, mentoring chairs and governance boards; and writing/creating online and other resources.
